And so it ends

Indeed, it's true.

Our fabulous, week-long adventure filled with sun, sand and surf has come to an end . . . for this year.

You see, every summer, we travel down to Florida's shore with my parents - Gigi and Papa to Scoot.

This year we've had an AMAZING week. Just what I needed . . . and I say that in all seriousness.

I mean, really, you should see my face. It's gone from a whole lotta wee bit stressed to placid, peaceful, etc.

But seriously, where can you go {as an adult who is normally responsible and scheduled} to just unwind and do what you want, when you want? Apart from feeding and changing my child, this week has been a week of freedom in every sense of the word.

Sadly, I didn't bring my USB cord to download photos, but once I get back ya'll are gonna be hit with'em! I mean, it was Scoot's first trip to the beach after all! So just get ready . . .
